The Mama Toolkit – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products only
All The Mama Toolkit products are digital downloads. Nothing is posted or shipped, so there are no shipping fees and no waiting for delivery.
How you'll receive your guide
- Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an email with your download link(s), usually within a few minutes.
- The email is sent to the address you entered at checkout, so please double-check it before you pay.
- Download your files as soon as possible and save them to your device or cloud storage, so you always have a copy.
Didn't receive your email?
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for "The Mama Toolkit".
- Still can't find it? Email us at hello@themamatoolkit.com.au with your order number and we'll resend your download, usually within one business day.
File format
Guides are delivered as downloadable files, which may be supplied in a .zip folder. You'll need a device that can open .zip files and view the documents inside. Most computers, tablets and phones can do this without extra software.
International customers
Because our products are digital, you can buy them from anywhere in the world. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), and your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Printing
You're welcome to print your guides for your own personal household use, as set out in our Terms of Service. We don't sell or ship printed copies.
