What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, billing address, and what you bought.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Contact and communication: anything you send us by email or through our website.
  • Marketing preferences: your email address, if you sign up to our newsletter.
  • Website usage: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and similar data, collected through cookies. See Cookies below.

Why we collect it
We use your information to:

  • process your order and email your download links
  • provide customer support and respond to enquiries
  • send newsletters and updates, but only if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
  • understand how our website is used so we can improve it
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments
  • Shop Pay and PayPal, for payments
  • our digital download delivery app
  • our email marketing provider
  • our accountant, for tax and bookkeeping

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. Each has its own privacy and security obligations.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make the store work, such as keeping items in your cart, and to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage your choices through the "Your Privacy Choices" link on our website or in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the store works.

Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Payments are encrypted and handled by our payment providers. We keep order records only for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes, including Australian tax record-keeping requirements.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.
