The Mama Toolkit – Refund Policy

Our guides are digital products. They're delivered instantly by email and can be downloaded straight away. Because a digital file can't be returned once it's been accessed, please read this policy before you buy.
Change of mind
We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong guide by mistake, or decide a guide isn't for you. Each product page describes what's included, so please read it carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure whether a guide suits you, email us before you buy. We're happy to help.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. You're entitled to a remedy (a replacement file or a refund) if a product:
- is faulty, corrupted or can't be opened
- is significantly different from its description on our website
- doesn't do what we said it would do
Download problems
If your download link doesn't arrive, stops working or the file won't open, email us. We'll resend it or send a working copy, usually within one business day. Please check your spam or promotions folder first, as download emails sometimes land there.
Duplicate purchases
If you've accidentally bought the same guide twice, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
Bundles
If you buy the complete toolkit and later buy one of its guides separately (or the reverse), contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the overlap.
How to request help or a refund
Email hello@themamatoolkit.com.au with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
